Hachinos (the second stomach of beef) is not sold in many stores, but we are doing our best to sell it in our store.
The first step is to dutifully scrape off the black skin-like area with a spoon, and then boil the white ones for at least two hours before they are ready to serve.
It takes a lot of work, so quantities are limited daily.
Starting this month, we will open at 5:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. Please note that we will be open on Sundays and holidays at 5:00 p.m.
