Currently, cold horumon sashimi (assorted meat sashimi) is being sold by popular demand, and standard horumon sashimi is also available.

Hormone sashimi is not a raw product, but a product of various hormone parts boiled and served cold.

The standard way to enjoy buti is to order horumon-sashi first and wait for the meat to be cooked while you eat the horumon-sashi.
